The Return of Spring, Hold Off Summer

Are you enjoying this weather?  It is kind of nice after the cold winter we have had, but it would be nice to have spring before summer.  We quickly went from below normal to above normal.  Also, we haven't had much rain lately which means the pollen is VERY thick right now.  Can I get an Amen???

Anyway, we should have another very warm day tomorrow and Wednesday.  Things change Thursday though as a cold front moves through.  Beware that we could have some severe thunderstorms with this front much like the last one last week.  I see high winds and hail as the main threats with this one.  The rain should help to get the pollen out of the air though.

Behind this front the air will be noticeably cooler with some upper 30s possible north of Greenville this weekend at night.  Highs Saturday might not get out of the 60s.  We will begin to gradully warm back up again next week, but not quite as warm as we have been.  It looks like Thursday is our only good shot at rain for the next week, but watch out for those storms.
