As today’s gospel reading from the Sacred Liturgy of the Catholic Mass witnesses to: “After they had left, the angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream and said, ‘Get up, take the child and his mother with you, and escape into Egypt, and stay there until I tell you, because Herod intends to search for the child and do away with him (Matthew 2:13-18);” a new Herod arose in the twentieth century to search for our children and do away with them under the false banner of ‘rights’ and choice,’ hiding the true face of their hatred in Nazism and Anti-Christian bigotry.

In 1914, Margaret Sanger came up with the term ‘birth control’ while championing her newly found ‘American Birth Control League’ later to be renamed ‘Planned Parenthood.’ Driven by her hatred for Christianity, Margaret Sanger aimed at promoting birth control nationwide with a goal of undermining Christian morality, subsequently destroying the Christian faith. She states in ‘Woman Rebel’: “Birth control appeals to the advanced radical because it is calculated to undermine the authority of the Christian Churches. I look forward to seeing humanity free someday of the tyranny of Christianity no less than Capitalism.” Margaret Sanger also was an official enemy of marriage.

In 1915, after a brief visit to Europe, Margaret Sanger began her championing of eugenics! In her book ‘Woman and the New Race,’ she wrote: “The most merciful thing that the large family does to one of its infant members is to kill it.” In 1924 she wrote that she was in favor of “sterilization of the insane and feeble minded and the encouragement of this operation upon those afflicted with inherited or transmissible diseases.” And it seems that her European visit has connections!

Across the Atlantic Ocean, Adolf Hitler became an avid reader of Margaret Sanger’s publications! Furthermore, one of Margaret’s chief writers on staff, Dr. Ernst Rudin, also served as Adolf Hitler’s Director of Genetic Sterilization and later went on to form ‘the Nazi Society for Racial Hygiene!’ One would think that in the post-Nazi period, all associated influences would have been squashed in the liberation from such evil. Think again! Margaret Sanger opened up birth control clinics all throughout New York City in the 1920’s and 30’s, which spread throughout the nation; and with the sorrowful Supreme Court decision, Roe vs. Wade, has continued its proliferation in full blown abortion clinics nationwide!

Our current Presidential Administration supports Federal Funding for Planned Parenthood—the same organization created by the Anti-Christian mastermind Margaret Sanger! Instead of wasting our time asking the obvious question ‘why?’, we should get down to the serious business of de-funding Planned Parenthood by the most direct path. Vote for a strong Pro-Life candidate for President in 2012!
