When Ronald Reagan left the Democrat Party to become a Republican, he explained:
“I didn’t leave the Democratic Party, the Democratic Party left me!”
20+ years ago, this writer left the Democratic Party for the Republican Party. And 20+ years later, this writer finds himself wanting to say:
“I didn’t leave the Republican Party, the Republican Party left me!”
Before, we go farther; this writer would simply state that Boehner and the GOP Establishment joining the Democrats in dissing the TEA Party was merely the “last straw”.
Now before you Democrats settle in to enjoy the bloodletting to come in this article, know that I left the Democratic Party because of the innate corruption of the Democratic party. Elected Democrats who were supposed to stand for justice and fight for the best interests of Americans, in fact merely pretended to do so. In my particular case, this writer alleges that former US Attorney David Lee Lillehaug, a deceased Senator, and the deceased Senator's then Chief of Staff, Jeff Blodgett, abandoned their oaths of office and/or duty to WE THE PEOPLE by joining a criminal conspiracy and the subsequent conspiracy to obstruct justice. You can read more about this writer’s allegations here:
- Another Scam in the Minnesota perverse Meritocracy. Part 1 of 2 http://t.co/RqAjhmO2Ee
And because this writer has experienced the duplicity of both major political parties, this quote seems more appropriate:
“The simple step of a courageous individual is not to take part in the lie. One word of truth outweighs the world.”
Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn (political dissident in former USSR)
This writer changed parties 20+ years ago with the intent of making sure the injustice he and others targeted by the criminal conspiracy endured could not be inflicted by anyone else in the future. For the past 12 years, this writer has intensely pursued passage and adoption of these Judicial TAR (Transparency, Accountability and Reform) resolutions into the Republican Platform:
- Proposed Election 2012 caucus resolutions for judicial reform(updated) Part 1of2 http://t.co/izTPEUT82n
- Proposed Election 2012 caucus resolutions for judicial reform(updated) Part 2of2 http://t.co/hVhjR4kLSo
The reader, or at least those readers who are lawyers, will recognize that these Judicial TAR Resolutions evidence this writer’s journey through a hundred miles of legal hell. Besides a lawyer educated in the law, what lay person would have the knowledge to so extensively recognize the shortcomings of the system.
This writer has been a delegate to the GOP every year since 2002. This writer has given money, phone called, door knocked, marched in parades and anything else he could think of to advance his agenda. 20 years ago, the Democrat Leadership laughed at this writer when he amateurishly tried to press his then embryonic proposals for judicial reform. And in the last 12 years, this writer has been unable to get a single one of these proposals adopted by the Republican Party. As this writer became more adept at navigating the nuances of the GOP party, this writer experienced more stonewalling and tricks. And finally, when the GOP Establishment was unable to wear this writer down, they changed their tactics to attacking this writer personally.
From 2005 to present, hundreds of Minnesotans have been attempting to exercise their First Amendment Right to Petition the government for redress of grievances without fear of punishment or reprisal. Since 2005, the Minnesota State House and Senate Judiciary Committees have refused to provide a hearing dedicated to taking testimony and evidence of corruption in the Minnesota Judiciary. From 2005 to 2009, Republicans like Warren Limmer told us the majority party selected the Committee Chairs, and the Committee Chairs control the party agenda. The Democrats are the majority and that is just the way it is. Yet when the Republicans became the majority in both houses in 2010, we were still denied a dedicated hearing to give evidence and testimony about systemic corruption in the Minnesota Judiciary. In fact, the MNGOP Establishment is conspiring with the MNDFL Establishment to take away all Minnesotans’ right to vote for Judges in full, fair and free elections. In our Minnesota Governments perverse insanity, they logic is that because they did not hear evidence of Judicial corruption on the official record, there is no corruption in the Minnesota Courts.
True to Character, Minnesota Senate Judiciary Chair Mee Moua (D-67) reneges on commitment to meet http://t.co/pR0PupofVi
Now, as this writer’s regular readers are aware, it is his habit to let the reader establish truth for themselves using their own observations and reasoning. So this writer would ask you to read through the Judicial TAR resolutions and form an opinion of them for yourself. To this writer, these resolutions seem so straight-forward, common sense and in the best interests of rank and file Americans, that their adoption should be a "no brainer" and meet with no resistance. Yet, the fact remains that none of them passed in 12 years and finally were vigorously suppressed.
And that started this writer to thinking how amazingly similar the Republican Party’s Establishment’s attitude was to the Democratic Party Establishment attitudes on Judicial TAR.
Further, in about 2008, this writer’s property taxes were increasing at an alarming rate. Over about a five year period, they had increased to total of about $500 per year. Which led this writer to ask, where is all the money going? Since 2009, the Wright County Board has refused to provide this writer the financial information he has been requesting since 2009. They have ignored this writer’s Freedom of Information request. The Minnesota Attorney General and State Auditor say they have no power to force them to give up this financial information which is supposed to be a matter of public record. And this writer’s local state representatives say they can’t help or refuse to return calls.
So this writer began his Fiscal TAR (Transparency, Accountability and Reform) campaign. But when this writer attempted to get forcing Municipalities (Counties, Cities, Schools, etc.) to post their financial information on the internet, the Republican Establishment again pulled out all the stops to prevent its implementation. (Now don’t let them trick you with the, “The numbers are already on the internet”, what they are referring to are huge aggregate numbers that lots of fraud and waste can be hidden in.)

- Minnesota #Republicans (& #Democrats) resist Fiscal TAR http://goo.gl/f81v0g
- Fiscal TAR success! Wisconsin gives citizens internet access to its checkbook http://t.co/HhJtnCTXb6
It is ironic that this very same Fiscal Transparency might have saved the Minnesota Republicans the embarassment of discovering they were a million or two dollars in the hole an on the verge of bankruptcy. You heard right, the alleged party of fiscal responsibility was nearly bankrupt, and likely would be if the political fall out was a huge deterrent.
Now along the way, this writer was also an advocate for auditing and ending the Federal Reserve Bank, and ending the unconstitutional use of Fiat Money. Every month for the past few years, the government has been printing $85 Billion of worthless money in a program known as Quantitative Easing III (QE3). This insanity is stealing value from rank and file Americans with smoke and mirrors and will almost surely lead to the collapse of the US Dollar. And when that happens, welcome to third world country living conditions.
But the Congressional Insider Trading scandal is just maddening. Insider Trading is illegal to rank and file Americans. It involves using information that is not publicly known to make trades like stocks, bonds, futures, options and derivatives. Since Congress makes the laws that affect the markets, they have firsthand knowledge of the direction the markets will move. A couple years ago, 60 Minutes did an expose’ on Congressional Insider Trading, and eventually Congress passed a watered down version prohibiting Congressfolks from doing Insider Trading. But the dirty secret is that in Spring of 2013 Congress gutted most of the provisions of the act and essentially repealed the prohibition against their Insider Trading.
So what?, you say: You don’t own stocks. Well first, you probably do. Through a pension fund or some other investment. Second, markets are not just stocks. Markets are innumerable but include things like housing, real estate, gas, bacon (pork bellies), grain etc. So if you use any of those things, you are affected by Congressional Insider Trading.
In short, Congressional Insider Trading allows Congressfolks and their buddies to make trades based on information that rank and file Americans don’t know about. And the profits they make on these trades have to come from somewhere. Where do these profits come from? They come from rank and file Americans who did not have access to this inside information. That would be you and I. But the magic of smoke and mirrors makes you unlikely to realize its happening.
Worse, if Congress knows they can make money changing laws to move the markets, policy becomes about moving the markets so they can make a profit Insider Trading, rather than making policy based on what’s best for the country and rank and file Americans.
And finally we come to John Boehner, Mitch McConnell and the rest of the GOP Leadership telling a portion of their rank and file membership, the TEA Party, to shut up.
Who do you folks think you are?
John Boehner, I am not your b****.
With that, I quit the Republican Party.
This writer believes the time he spends researching and writing more than fulfills his patriotic duty to participate in the process.
At the same time, that is not a free pass for the rest of you conservatives to do nothing. In Minnesota, Caucuses are Tuesday, February 4, 2014. Those of you conservatives who still hold out hope for the Republican Party must show up at the Caucuses in great numbers and vote out not just the political incumbents, but also the political party officer incumbents. Think of firing the party officers like firing the coach of the football team... You might personally like them, but that don’t win games.
For those of you not in Minnesota, here is the Caucus and Primary 2014 Schedule for the rest of America: http://goo.gl/cxsAUM
And for you Democrats celebrating this bloodletting in the Republican Party, this writer has this challenged for you. Pick out one of those Judicial or Fiscal TAR resolutions and try to get it into your party’s platform. The blowback you get when you adamantly attempt to get its passage will reveal a lot to you about the true nature of the Democrat Party.
For all of you true patriots, especially those of you who have discovered that your political party has betrayed your trust, may I suggest the following article as the roadmap to retaking our country and restoring the Constitution, the Rule of Law, Natural Law and the Bill of Rights:
- 2014 New Year’s Resolution for all True Patriots http://t.co/DR3V9Vsj3c
And finally, this writer leaves you with this quote:
- “I will always be more loyal to Natural Law, the Rule of Law, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights & WE THE PEOPLE than any political party.”
And these last observations:
There are not two major political parties in America. There is one and only one ruling class pretending to be two parties. They use issues to divide and conquer, distract and confuse WE THE PEOPLE. And while they pit one half of rank and file Americans against the other half, they are stealing all rank and file Americans blind.
I refuse to participate in either of the two major parties when clearly they have both betrayed our country, our Constitution, the Rule of Law and the best interests of all rank and file Americans.
They have willing traded the liberty of all rank and file Americans for their own personal gain.
Those were my thoughts.
Thank you, my fellow citizens, for taking your valuable time to read and reflect upon what is written here.
If what is written here rings true to you, perhaps you should contact your local elected officials and let them know. If you are afraid of repercussions, snail mail it anonymously and ask them to respond in the local paper or their own monthly/quarterly internet newsletter. Even if this article refers to something outside you geographic area, it still likely applies to your location. Remember all those taxpayer training junkets we taxpayers send the bureaucrats on? They all learn the same “livestock management” techniques to use on WE THE PEOPLE.
And that leaves WE THE PEOPLE with this conundrum: While our #Government works full time with compensation and funded with our money for the cause of #Tyranny; WE THE PEOPLE are forced to work part time without compensation for the cause of #liberty with what is left over of our time, money and energy.
Finally, this article is written with the same intentions as Thomas Paine http://ushistory.org/paine. I seek no leadership role. I seek only to help the American People find their own way using their own “Common Sense” http://amzn.to/kbRuar
