Bravo’s cameras have started rolling in NYC! Life & Style has revealed that the greatly anticipated new season of “The Real Housewives of New York City” kicked off filming on August 31st. "There were contract issues, but August 31st was always the start date, with or without a contract,” a source told Life and Style.
The Life and Style source also insisted their salaries were not an issue, “The ladies wanted more money, and they’re getting it.” The source continued to state, “Bravo was happy to up their pay since the show makes more money now. The Housewives just had an issue with some of the wording in the contract.”
However, contract negotiations for next season may get a bit deicer. The source told Life & Style, "Bethenny Frankel is getting her own show and she may be off Housewives for good come the season after next."
