The fate of “The Real Housewives of New York City” has not been decided yet. There will be another season but the ladies returning have yet to be announced. Last season there was a significant drop in ratings and Bravo has enlisted Andy Cohen to help bring the show back to the top. According to an August 29 report from New York Daily News, Carole Radziwill and LuAnn de Lesseps are in talks to return to full-time status. Both ladies were dropped to “friends” status last season but the fans seemed to have enjoyed them more than some full-timers.

Ramona Singer has been a staple of “The Real Housewives of New York City.” With the announcement of her marriage ending recently there are serious doubts that she will return to the show. Bravo would make it a requirement to discuss the issues with Mario and after Ramona shut the conversation down at the reunion show, it isn't likely she would agree. Her main priority now is Avery and this is something she is trying to shield her from.

Rumor has it that Aviva Drescher has been told she is free to look for other television opportunities, which has fans speculating that she will not be returning to “The Real Housewives of New York City” next season. After the leg stunt she pulled, it wouldn't be surprising that Bravo has opted to not bring her back. As for Sonja Morgan, there is nothing to determine her status either way. Chances are she will not return without Ramona, but with money involved you just never know.
