Lisa Hochstein is one hot housewife!

While fans of "The Real Housewives of Miami" know that Hochstein keeps her body toned and fit, she appears to have stepped her game up even further in recent photos.

On May 20, prior to a photo shoot for Verda Nutrition, Hochstein took to Instagram where she shared a selfie, putting her abs on full display. "Earlier today....on way my to the #verda shoot . #verdanutrition #fitness #abs #strongandsexy #greenlife #glutenfree @nutrabolicsceo @nutrabolics #eatclean #fitforlife," she wrote along with the photo.

"I try to work out first thing in a.m. because I tend to get tired at night," Hochstein revealed in a 2012 interview with Shape Magazine. "I start every day with 30 to 40 minutes on the elliptical and then some light weights."

When it comes to her fitness routine, Hochstein alternates muscle groups three to four days a week, doing biceps and triceps one day, shoulders and back another day, and working her abs and calves daily.

At the time of the interview with Shape, Hochstein revealed that she would soon begin working with a trainer after feeling as though she "plateaued" and needed some new tips and tricks for staying in tip-top shape.

Hochstein also spoke of her strict diet.

"I stick to clean eating, which means no processed foods if at all possible," she revealed. "If I’m on the go, I carry a date and nut bar in my bag. I also stay away from sugar and never skip breakfast. Every morning I make a protein pancake with honey on it, and then I eat five more small meals throughout the day and a protein shake after working out to feed my muscles."

Verda will be released online and in stores next month.
