Apollo Nida has been in the news since being arrested on fraud charges at the beginning of the year. “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” personality was handed his sentence this month. Nida will have to serve eight years in federal prison. Because he cooperated with the investigation and helped authorities, Nida was cut a deal. Although his wife Phaedra Parks has seemingly always been by his side, it looks like there is trouble. According to a July 19 report from People, Apollo Nida is “salty” about Phaedra Parks not attending his sentencing hearing earlier this month.

Phaedra Parks is one of the stars of Bravo's “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.” The relationship the two have has played out on the show for the world to see. During the reunion show which aired earlier this year, Nida and Parks shut down the questions regarding his pending criminal charges. Parks has never slammed Nida in the media and it appeared like she would stand by him forever.

The Twitter feed for Apollo Nida is filled with comments about whether or not his marriage to Phaedra Parks is going to make it. Nida doesn't have much faith in their love and said he is unsure about their marriage. Parks has been quiet since the sentence was announced, leading fans to believe she is going to move on with her life. Nida and Parks have two young sons together. After growing up in a broken home, Nida says he feels sad about letting his boys down.

Phaedra Parks will be returning to “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” despite all of the issues with her marriage. Fans are hoping the sentencing will be discussed on camera even though Apollo Nida will not be present. Right now the date of Nida's surrender is unclear, but it won't be too far off. Parks has a long road ahead of her as a single mom, and a possibly divorced woman.
