The Real Beauty Team's Jennifer Solsten and Jerri Lien will be joined by special guests, Amy Crawford, Dana Morrison, and Hopelyn Rivera this afternoon when they present at Miss Washington's Outstanding Teen's Spring Forum at the Holiday Inn in Renton this afternoon. The group will be giving a presentation on NeriumAD (a breakthrough nighttime skincare treatment), skincare, hair, and makeup to MWOT's 25 contestants for this year's pageant.
Jennifer Solsten, a longtime educator within the cosmetic and cosmetic/pharmaceutical industries, and Jerri Lien, a medically-trained esthetician and beauty blogger, have joined forces to form The Real Beauty Team. TRBT is a vehicle for Solsten and Lien to utilize their industry knowledge and training and call upon life experience to follow their mission of encouraging, uplifting, and empowering women of all ages.
Amy Crawford is a University of Washington graduate who has experience in the medical spa, skincare sales, and pharmaceutical sales industries. She has a successful pageant history, which took her all the way to Miss USA in 2005. Amy is a talented singer who currently works in marketing. It will be a treat for the young contestants to hear some of Amy's experience and tips for pageant. Dana Morrison is a seasoned hairstylist with a background in education within her industry. She has a love for hair and sees it as an art form and a creative outlet. Hopelyn Rivera is a young mother whose star is rising within the beauty industry. The 25 young women who are competing in MWOT are required to do their own hair and makeup for the upcoming pageant and are sure to enjoy having Dana and Hopelyn demonstrate interview and appearance hair and makeup and stage hair and makeup on a live model.
