Monica learned her skills from a master baker in Pennsylvania. She lived in Reading, Pennsylvania for a time and owned her own catering business specializing in theme parties. One of her favorite theme parties was a birthday party for a little girl who wanted, “The Little Mermaid,” as her theme. Monica had cupcakes with a mermaid sitting on top of them. She even had fake sushi made out of fruit roll ups. This is just an example of the creative genius of Queen Monica.
