A picture is worth a thousand words, and in this techie-age, so is a PDF document. The proof is in the pudding: Kim Kardashian and Kanye West indeed named their baby daughter North, as was reported on Thursday.
TMZ and people both reported on the name, with People citing a source, and TMZ saying they had a copy of the PDF document. They apparently do, as they uploaded a copy to the Internet on Friday.
The birth certificate was signed only by Kim Kardashian, for those interested in doing North's astrological birth chart, the birth certificate gives the time of birth as 5:34 a.m. on June 15. It was filed in Los Angeles County.

Apparently North has no middle name, either. Seriously, how about By North as a middle name (North By North West).
North was about five weeks premature and weighed just short of 5 lbs when born at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. No official announcement of her name has been made yet.
