What: You’re invited to experience a guided Deck Tour abroad The Pride of Baltimore. According to Wikipedia, The Pride of Baltimore was an authentic reproduction of a 19th-century Baltimore clipper topsail schooner commissioned by citizens of Baltimore, Maryland.
Look forward to a 30-minute guided deck tour is the ultimate way to explore Pride's deck, learn about past and present life aboard topsail schooner privateers, and interact with our passionate and knowledgeable crew. These well-trained sailors will lead you through various interpretive stations, including a hands-on demonstration in the Baltimore schooner design, as well as an exciting video of Pride in action, bringing to life the traditional sailing experience for Privateers in 1812.
Who: Open to general public for full schedule and to purchase tickets, click here. Tours are open to adults and children and groups of all types. Guests are asked to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to their tour for registration.
When: Saturday, April 26, 2014 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. & Sunday, April 27, 2014 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. whereas Pride Deck Tours starts every half hour.
