In honor of one of the world's most celebrated holidays, CBS' hit game show "The Price is Right" is looking for the Luck of the Irish as the award winning game show hosts a St. Patrick’s Day themed episode. The Price is Right," has hosted a variety of special themed shows over the years, including Mother's Day, a special kids episode, Pet Adoption week featuring former host Bob Barker and an all-Plinko episode to celebrate the popular game's longevity. The show is hosted by Drew Carey.
Carey is one busy man these days. The popular host is one of the latest celebrities to join "Dancing with the Stars." Carey has been practicing with pro partner Cheryl Burke ever since the cast was revealed on "Good Morning American." The dance show is bringing on some changes in an attempt to keep the show fresh and exciting after 17 seasons. Some of the changes include, a new co-host for Tom Bergeron in the form of former contestant Erin Andrews, Partner Switches where the audience can decide at any time which pros and stars should be paired together, a new voting system, a new band, a new ballroom and lots of guest judges joining the regular panel of Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli. "They're going to be a mixture of people from the world of music," executive producer Conrad Green tells TV Guide. "Big stars from ABC, ex-dancers ... a real range of people, all of whom have an opinion and have a knowledge and can bring something to the judging."
Catch "The Price is Right's" special St. Patrick's Day episode this Monday, March 17th on CBS and then later that night, tune in to see Drew take to the dance floor on "Dancing with the Stars" when it debuts Monday, March 17th on ABC.
