The Taylor Momsen fronted rock band The Pretty Reckless have announced spring 2012 headlining tour dates in support of their most recent release, Light Me Up. The North American tour begins March 9 in Tucson, AZ and concludes on April 25 in Orlando, FL. The Pretty Reckless will be performing in Chicago, IL on March 29 at the Bottom Lounge.
The Medicine Tour consists of 29 shows over a six week time span. The Pretty Reckless will not only be performing songs from their album Light Me Up, but also new material that has yet to be released.
"We’re busy rehearsing new songs,” Momsen says. “I'm excited to play them for our fans and give them a taste of what’s to come from The Pretty Reckless.”
The bands debut album, Light Me Up was released August 27, 2010 via Interscope Records. They supported the album with heavy touring in 2011 which included opening slots for Guns N' Roses and Evanescence.
The Pretty Reckless previously performed in Chicago at Lollapalooza 2011, at Congress Theater with Evanescence, and at the Beat Kitchen for a sold out headlining show.
