The People’s Hot List: Xfinity customers choose the summer’s hottest shows and movies

Let there be power to more than 20+ million people. That’s right; Comcast customers are in the driver’s seat when it comes to deciding this summer’s hottest movies and TV shows. As part of “The People’s Hot List on Xfinity On Demand,” customers determine the best of the best by just sitting back and doing what they do best… watching their favorite shows on Xfinity On Demand.

From July 14 to July 23, 200 of the must-see movies and TV shows will span the Xfinity on Demand library broken down into categories like Family Hits, Epic Romances, Sitcoms & Satires, Oscar Nominees, Teen Favorites and Guilty Pleasures. Are you a fan of Frozen, True Blood, Rio 2 and The Last Ship? All this content and more will be available through Xfinity on Demand and include free, transactional and for purchase movies and TV shows.

Here’s how to contribute:
• Find a good snack and grab a beverage
• Choose the most comfortable seat in your house
• Browse through a number of movies and TV shows with Xfinity on Demand
• Press play

The big reveal will take place on July 25. The ‘watch votes’ will be calculated and the top 100 most-watched movies and TV shows will be released as The People’s Hot List where you can see how your favorites stood up in the rankings.
