The Poppy Festival is popping up in the city of Lancaster

In Lancaster, the Poppy Festival will be popping up this coming weekend, Saturday, April 26 and Sunday, April 27 at the Lancaster City Park. Lancaster is preserving its track record by fulfilling the residence with a sea of excitement. The fun loving Lancaster City Park will be transformed into a gigantic Fun Zone and not just for the little people; adults will benefit as well.

Important information for an enjoyable weekend, provided by the City of Lancaster

Regardless of the weather, the Poppy Festival will be this weekend.

Time: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. for Saturday and Sunday

General Admission: $8.00 for ages 13 to 61

Children: $5.00 for ages 6 – 12

Children: Free for ages 5 and younger

Seniors: $5.00 for ages 62 and older

Military $5.00, make sure Identification is current

Parking is free but only across from the festival and at the Stanley Kleiner Activity Center.

Various entertainments will take place at the Poppy Stage, Primrose Stage, International Stage and Adventure Zone.

Mothers of Lancaster, who said just because Stay-at-Home moms stay home and take care of the home front, has to do exactly that, stay home? Do come out for this joyous occasion that will be enjoyable for all ages. Bring the family, other moms, the hubby, and friends or come alone. The Poppy Festival awaits mom’s arrival.
