On Sunday, June 9, 2013, thousands of parents and expecting parents attended PLUSH at The Hyatt Regency Century Plaza to check out the coolest baby and toddler items on the market. E! News host Jason Kennedy and the lovely actress Lisa Rinna served as co-hosts of the event. PLUSH is a great resource for Moms and Dads as you can check out tons of great products for your lil cuties all in one fun and fabulous event. Almost all of the products I became acquainted with were created by Moms & Dads for Moms & Dads and their kids. It was awesome to see the passion, commitment and ingenuity that these parents put into developing products to make their child's life better and in hoping to do the same for families all over the world.

The incredibly talented team from Super Inflated was onsite making their remarkable balloon art. Every time I see them, I am even more impressed with their creativity! For this event, they made a Super Inflated balloon jungle which was awesome. All of the kids they were twisting for had massive smiles on their adorable faces. I always have Super Inflated at my children's events and I can't imagine a party without them. They add so much wow and cool factor to an event!

Disney had an amazing Hundred Acre Woods set up with Winnie the Pooh arts and crafts and a social media photo station to introduce Pooh and his friends to the next generation of little ones. Plum Organics was promoting their healthy and delicious new line of Mighty 4 pouches. My son loved his kale, strawberry, amaranth and greek yogurt pouch. Every time I see the Plum Organics team they always have something new and delicious for little ones. I'm impressed at the care they seem to put into every pouch.

RockaBye Baby is an idea I wish I invented. It is pure genius. I have played my son their Beatles album since he was in my tummy and he loves their version of "Hey Jude." They take popular music that parents love and they turn it into baby soothing lullabies. They have a Jay Z album coming out this Summer so your tot can rock out in his crib to "99 Problems"minus the potty mouth language of the original song. If rap music isn't your little one's thing, they have Bob Marley, U2 and The White Stripes albums to name a few.

Mayron's Goods debuted their natural and organic baby goods such as their diaper cream, tangerine massage and body oil and their gentle all over wash. It is nice to see a line that is paraben free and that doesn't use any dyes or artificial fragrances. This is a line you can feel good about using on your little ones. 3 Sprouts makes storing your kids' toys a blast with their fabulously designed critter containers. I spoke with the lovely Kelly Su who became a Mom on a mission when her daughter developed "flat head syndrome." Kelly created the Babymoon Pillow which provides head and neck support for your lil cuties and is great to use when your little one is lying down, in the baby swing, in the car or stroller. My almost 2 year old son is enjoying using his Babymoon pillow while he sits in his bean bag chair and reads.

I was treated to a delicious dark chocolate strawberry from the team at Bobalu Berries. Their gift sets make a yummy gift for baby showers, birthdays, anniversary or corporate gifts. Ju-Ju-Be had the coolest designed booth at the show with an amazing bubble gum pink balloon castle installation to showcase their bold and bright patterned line of diaper bags, change purses, beach bags, changing pads and more! They also had a yummy pink candy bar and were so wonderful and sweet to chat with about their fab line. Clek was onsite to promote their foonf carseat. This carseat was designed to international best practices which advise keeping your lil cutie rear facing until their 4th birthday to maximize their safety in the event of a car crash. After doing my due diligence and speaking with the Clek team, I have decided that my son's safety is priceless and while this is one of the most expensive car seats on the market, it is a valuable investment in protecting my most precious asset.

I had a very interesting chat with the team at Pura Stainless about their 100% plastic free bottles. This award winning bottle system evolves as your baby grows with interchangeable parts. I love that this is both a safe and green alternative to the baby bottles of days gone by. Pura also makes drinking bottles for adults too! I found this fact page to be very informative about what sets Pura a part from the rest. http://www.purastainless.com/about Knowledge is power and once you know how to best protect your family, in my opinion you owe it to yourself and your loved ones to seek out the safest products.

The Tricycoo by Joovy is the coolest kids toy that I discovered at PLUSH. This is a fun way to teach your child balance and coordination and allow them to feel some independence as they pedal along. I love that you can remove the parent push handle, safety "surround arms" and fold up footrest when the time is right and your little cutie has mastered the Tricycoo. I also really like the design of the Tricycoo. It is functional and fashionable and looks incredibly comfortable for little ones. At $129.99 this is a very affordable, safe and engaging option for your baby's first bike.

The highlight of my PLUSH experience was meeting Samuel Park, the co-founder of Mightee Kids and learning about his cool line of socially conscious kiddie T-shirts. The Mightee Kids mission statement of inspiring kids to love others who are less fortunate couldn't be more in sync with the values that my husband and I have been instilling in our son since the moment he was born. Each Mightee Kids T-shirt in the collection supports a different non-profit by giving $5 from every sale to the charity. You special package comes with a teaching tool that will explain to your child how this non-profit is making a difference in the world. Samuel said that many kids are using their Mightee Kids T-shirts as their show and tell items at school and in doing so are helping to spread the message of the amazing work the non-profits are doing. It is awesome that kids can help educate their family and friends about giving back and that these T-shirts are helping to show kids that community service and loving our fellow human being is "cool." So far Mightee Kids has supported Love Without Borders, FundAField, Canines for Disabled Kids, Smile Train and the Autism Society, with plans for more cool T-shirt collaborations in the works. Mightee Kids T-shirts make for a fab birthday gift and are a wonderful way to make a compassionate fashion statement.

It was a fun day at the 2013 PLUSH show where I had the pleasure of discovering lots of fabulous new products that my son is sure to enjoy!
