MTV is ramping up its March primetime lineup when Jersey Shore Season 5 comes to an end. The network confirmed today (Wednesday) the first Jersey Shore spinoff The Pauly D Project and Punk'd will fill the Thursday 10pm void. The Jersey Shore Season 5 finale is slated to air March 15, with the JS5 Reunion special to air the following week.
Details: The Pauly D Project to premiere on MTV in March
Punk'd will return to MTV for the first time in five years on Thursday, March 29 at 10pm ET/PT. The 30 minute premiere episode will be followed immediately by The Pauly D Project premiere at 10:30pm ET/PT.
The Punk'd premiere (which was previously announced to return to MTV on March 19) will be hosted by several guest hosts including Justin Bieber and Miley Cyrus. Among, Miley's 'victims' is Khloe Kardashian. Check out a sneak peek of Khloe getting Punk'd in the video on the left sidebar.
MTV has ordered 12 episodes of The Pauly D Project. The show will focus on Pauly D's career as a celebrity DJ and his tight inner circle.
