Preparations for The Oscars are well underway on Hollywood and Highland, with construction of fan bleachers, press rises, and pre-show stages along The Oscars red carpet. Street closures have begun between Highland Avenue and Orange Drive beginning at 10:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 17th and will remain closed until 6:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 26th. The Oscars, hosted by Seth MacFarlane, will take place Sunday, February 24, 2013 at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, CA.
