In his presentation, Andrew will share how powerful and truly dynamic the RSI is as a complete analysis technical tool. While most traders are familiar with, or at least heard of the RSI, he will share his insights as how he uses the RSI to see price, momentum, time, and sentiment come together. The RSI is probably one of the most powerful technical tools available to traders. The RSI is probably one of the most powerful technical tools available to traders. It is also one of the least understood. With his "range rules" for trend analysis, a trader can quickly identify the trend and see where the market is in relation to its trend and identify support and resistance. The "Cardwell RSI Positive/Negative Reversal Patterns" not only identify trend changes, but also help set future price objectives in the direction of the new and emerging trend. After attending his presentation, you will have a whole new perspective on the RSI and want to include it in your analysis.

Last week's Sentiment Indicators backed off a bit, with the exception of extremes in the areas of Margin Interest, at $364B!! This is the highest since July of '07, when it was $381B, a tad higher. Compounding a "nothing can go wrong" market with record low interest rates can be tempting. Also high was the "legal" Insider Trading selling of CEOs, etc. although they missed the boat bigtime in May 2009 as the cyclical Bull market was just starting.

One drastic change was seen in MMF (money market funds) flows, from over $5B Inflows the week before, to Outflows of nearly $17B.

Still preferable are dividend paying stocks. With the S&P 500 at 2000 levels ($1550), SPX dividends have DOUBLED to record amounts of $300B, according to Howard Silverblatt of S&P Corp.
