Here is a tip that will get you ongoing dating discounts. My husband and I have Cable vision and we purchased a plan that includes our cable, land line (unlimited calls nationwide) and our DSL (internet). I think it costs us $100 a month (you can see what the offering is now) and in return we receive an Optimum Rewards Card.
This Optimum Rewards card allows us to get two free movie tickets at all Clearview Cinemas, every Tuesday, ongoingly! In addition, during weekdays at all Clearview Cinema’s we can purchase up to 4 discounted movie tickets per day (and we only pay $7 instead of the regular $12 ticket price).
So if you like ‘the movie date’ idea you can save a bundle here. Just think: if you went on a movie date every Tuesday, you’d save $96 a month! And that doesn’t include your weekday movie discounts. This is an especially great opportunity for you movie buffs.
I do hope you’ll explore other creative date ideas too but it’s always good to have a free fail safe outing in case you’re low on cash.

The movie date is a good idea on Tuesdays, however Clearview needs to improve their services on the movies they select.there are only 3 clearview theatre in Manhattan and not one of them are showing Tyler Perry's new movie.
