“Then Jesus cried out, “Whoever believes in me does not believe in me only, but in the one who sent me. 45 The one who looks at me is seeing the one who sent me.” (John 12:44-45)

Some children are born and look like their parent(s). They may favor one parent over the other. A child will grow up and have some personality traits of his or her parent(s). The cliché comes to mind, “Like father, like son.” The son has features or character traits like the father.

The Holy Bible states Jesus is the image of the invisible God. God is His Father. Jesus has His character traits. He did as the Father said and done. Jesus stated that seeing Him was like seeing His Father. Believers in Christ Jesus believe in God the Father. They have been given the opportunity to realize that Father God and Jesus are one. Believers receive the Holy Spirit and become like Jesus. They are being sent.

Believers are sent as worshippers of the Most High God. They are His representatives to unbelievers in the world. They are to live the Godly life and show other the way to the true Living God.

Challenge: Believers are sent to represent the Father, Jesus, and Holy Spirit to the entire world! Like Jesus, like believer!
