1. What happened to the confidentiality clause? Didn’t Elin do an interview with People magazine.
From the very beginning, Elin Nordegren balked at signing Tiger’s lifetime confidentiality clause which would have prevented her from doing interviews or writing a book. But in the final stages of Tiger and Elin’s divorce settlement negotiations, it was reported that Elin eventually relented, and agreed to sign. However, recent reports say that in the end, Elin chose to reject an offer of more money in order to retain the freedom to discuss her feelings about Tiger’s betrayal, and the demise of her marriage to Tiger Woods,. 2. Where will Elin and the children live?
Despite rumors that Elin Nordegren planned to relocate to her native Sweden after the divorce, Elin has chosen to remain in the United States. Elin and the children, son. Charlie, and daughter, Sam hold dual Swedish and American citizenship and speak both languages. Elin plans to spend time in Sweden so the children can experience the culture of the country, and develop a relationship with their grandparents and other relatives living there.
Later this year, after Tiger Woods moves to his Jupiter Island estate, Elin plans to relocate to south Florida herself, and find a home of her own so the children can be close to their father.
3. What does Tiger Woods have to say for himself now that he’s divorced?
During a press conference at The Barclays golf tournament Tiger Woods expressed feelings of great sadness, saying, “ . . . you don't ever go into a marriage looking to get divorced. . . That's why it is sad. . . My actions certainly led us to this decision. And I've certainly made a lot of errors in my life and that's something I'm going to have to live with."
Tiger also said that the divorce , has been a lot more difficult for him than he was letting on.
In a brief statement from Tiger Woods, included as an addendum to Elin Nordegren’s interview in People magazine Tiger says, “This is a very painful, personal, and private time for our family. . . I am learning to balance family and golf. My children come first and always will, but I also appreciate golf more than ever.”
Tiger Woods ends his statement by saying, “I am deeply grateful for everyone who has supported me.”

All speculation. Since the divorce is sealed there will be more rumors but one is a good or bad as the other.
The point on the interview with People Magazine. It was done before the divorce was finalized and in it she said it would be her last interview..Sounds like an agreement to me..
I am glad you didn't bash Tiger like you usually do. It is over and it is time for all parties to move on. I wish them both the best..
Elin and Tiger need time to heal and all columnists need to let this very private couple have their solitude. There is no right or wrong side to this story despite what the comments being posted are saying.
I am so glad that Elin Nordegren and the children are finally free from Tiger’s bad influence and away from his sordidness. I commend Elin for her wise decision, for being a caring and loving mother and for her great courage, dignity and class during this horrid period in her life. It is great that Elin is moving on with her life taking care of herself and her children and looking forward to enjoy life again and a bright and happy future!
As we can see Tiger wasn't happy for a long time with Elin....and if she was meeting his needs this would not have happened.....so good bye Elin, your loosing a good man
