Obama Administration Says No Laws Were Broken In Joe Sestak Job Offer
The Cover-up Is Always Worse Than The Crime
The Obama White House has reported that they have looked into the allegations of impropriety concerning Joe Sestak. The suspicion is that Sestak had been offered an administration position by former President Bill Clinton to drop out of the race for the Senate against Arlen Specter in Pennsylvania, aka the alleged Sestak bribe.
The White House has determined that no laws had been broken and that all was well above board. The report said "allegations of improper conduct rest on factual errors and lack a basis in the law," although they acknowledge that Rahm Emanuel did ask Clinton to speak to Sestak.
This Obama White House investigation is the equivalent of President Nixon saying that a thorough investigation into the break-in at the Watergate had been conducted, and no laws had been broken. This is the statute in question:
"Whoever, directly or indirectly, promises any employment, position, compensation…appointment…to any person as consideration, favor, or reward for any political activity…or in connection with any primary election…shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year or both."
Senate Republicans question whether the Obama White House and Sestak had also coordinated the statements that each would release, as there were striking similarities. The Republicans said in a release:
"We are equally concerned about steps taken by the White House leading up to the issuance of today's report, including a meeting between former President Clinton and President Obama and reports that Rep. Sestak's brother (and campaign manager) was consulted on the drafting of the White House report. The apparent collusion between parties involved may constitute obstruction of justice."
This case appears to be a classic example of where there is smoke there is fire, but no real investigation will take place until the Republicans regain control in Congress!

It's about time we began lie detector tests on all politicians before they get approved for office. Im sick of all the bloody lies, gredd and selfishness. These are the main problems we have with people who rule over us, we don't know when they are lieing or telling the truth, compulsory lie detector tests for future politicians, lets get this petition going! :)
Of course nothing wrong happened. I mean dimocrats don't do anything wrong. This non-job offer was for the children. Don't worry if it doesn't make sense, it just means you are not a dudocrat.
Now lets move on and figure out how Bush is wrecking this economy and sabotaging oil wells.
Everyone knows it is his fault.
