The Northwest car show season is starting to take shape

 The 56th annual Portland Roadster show on Friday March 16th thru Sunday March 18 at the Portland, Oregon Expo center will kick-off the 2012 Northwest car show season. The show will feature Northwest builder Doug Beattie's 1940 Ford. His Ford was the winner of the 2011 Grand National "Best Custom" award. He also won the "World's Most Beautiful Custom at the Sacramento Autorama.

Also in March Northwest Motiv.com along with Northwest Nissan's will be having "The Showcase" at Nissan Fest. The car show and meet will be at the Evergreen Speedway in Monroe, Washington.

Other events that are scheduled for later in the year are Import Face-Off on May 27th at Woodburn Raceway in Woodburn, Oregon and then the following week on June 3rd in Kent, Washington at Pacific Raceway. Nos Energy drinks along with Northwest Motiv.com will be having their 3rd annual Forum Fest show on June 23rd at Pacific Raceway in Kent, Washington. Last year's event was the largest outdoor show of the year in the region.

In July Team Xcessive Speedz will have their 2nd annual Car and Motorcycle show and cruise-in. The event is July 12th at Willamette Park in West Linn, Oregon.
