A feast for the eyes and a smorgasbord for the senses, crocheters and the public at large are invited to view the displays and demonstrations artfully presented by the members of this Crochet Guild chapter. http://www.nicrochet.com In its 6th year, members delight in displaying their crochet talents each year as their way to celebrate National Crochet Month www.crochet.org which continues all month long. The first 50 attendees will receive a magazine, so come early.
The event will take place on Saturday March 23, 2013 from 10 AM to 3 PM at the Rolling Meadows Library, 3110 Martin Lane [2nd floor]. The following displays, ideas and techniques are sure to please your palette: fashion, afghans, accessories, bead crochet, double-ended hook, crocheted food, filet, free form crochet, granny squares, Irish, toys.
