The next big fitness trend: TRX

If you haven't heard of TRX suspension training yet, get ready.  The newest exercise method gives you a workout by leveraging your bodyweight by using a hanging, portable nylon device called the TRX® Suspension Trainer™.

Bostonians are in luck and can try to newest fitness trend of the decade at Revolution Fitness.  During a 6-week, 12 session program, participants will build strength, balance, flexibility and core stability with functional moves that can easily adjust to all fitness levels.  This method was first used by Navy SEALs and popular with top athletes, but is now available to anyone who loves a challenge or is looking for something to spice up their old gym routine. 

Each group will consist of 4-5 people and costs $250 for members, $300 for non-members.  For less than $25 a session, this is one personal training deal that is unheard of here in Boston.  TRX is currently only being offered at Revolution Fitness. 

Revolution Fitness can be located at the corner of Back Bay and the South End at Berkeley Street and Columbus.
