Exercising has to be fun. If you're not having fun, then you're not exercising. And if you're exercising and not having fun, trust me, your routine will not continue for an extended period of time. So, let's learn how to have fun.

Dr. Oz had a lady by the name of Cassey Ho on his show. She is the creator of Blogilates. When I saw this particular episode, I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Cassey looked ridiculous. But she was smiling. And Dr. Oz and everyone else around her looked like they were enjoying the exercise routines she presented to them on the show.

So, what did I do after watching this eye-catching routine? I went home, googled Dr. Oz and Blogilates, found Cassey, and then I tried her workout. Her workout lasts for 4 minutes. There are 4 exercises: Dancing Dog, Butterfly Knees, Standing Side Squeeze, and Plie Squats. I love it! The exercises are difficult; they will sculpt you with time. But they are fun. I personally enjoyed the exercises so much, I now do them every night- and I'm slowly seeing results.
