"The New Normal" will return to Channel 12 in Tempe tomorrow night. On Sunday, Jan. 6, Spoiler TV shared the photos for "The New Normal" episode 1.12 titled "The Goldie Rush." This series will return to NBC with new episodes on Tuesday night, and this week's episode will feature a guest starring appearance by Matt Bomer. He will play Bryan's ex-boyfriend on this episode. Spoiler TV shared the following about the episode:
"Bryan (Andrew Rannells) and David (Justin Bartha) discuss their future and how big they want to grow their family. The conversation leads them back to Expanding Families where Gary (guest-star Michael Hitchcock) reveals that he wants a family of his own but he can’t seem to find the right guy. Bryan and David play matchmakers and set him up with Bryan’s ex-boyfriend and legendary party boy Monty (guest star Matt Bomer, “White Collar”), but their plan leads to more than they bargained for when Monty asks Goldie (Georgia King) to be his surrogate."
Bomer is not the only person appearing on the episode. Lez Get Real reported on Sunday that drag queen William Belli will also make a cameo appearance on the series. Belli described his appearance as "an acerbic drag queen version of Ellen Barkin who breaks down reading for the little girl on the show."
