I am thrilled to be a part of this amazing new community with my show, Real French Food. Sticking with the only way I know how to eat, I'm making some of my favorite recipes, taking shortcuts, substituting healthier ingredients, and making each dish delicious and good for you. We aren't counting calories or depriving our bodies of what we need and want, but are making the healthier choices that we need to take the pounds off, and keep them there.
