The new business paradigm, creating digitally appealing information

Businesses churn out thousands of documents daily. In Metropolitan Washington DC -- perhaps more than anywhere else in the world -- our business community remains information and document rich. In developing information in the form of a written instrument for public and | or private dissemination, Washingtonians serve as world-leaders driving visually aesthetic, textually diverse presentations globally and this is not cliché'. The local community services the planet through the written word.  No matter the type of business driver, at some time or another the ship’s helm is directed toward a digital horizon.

Mobile Media

There is a lot of conversation taking place routinely on every Internet forum known to humanity regarding what not to say or do on mobile media. Any search on appropriate communication on the Internet results in hundreds of hits, with relevant advice and commentary.

If we research digitally rich mobile communications or digitally appealing information, the results are nominal at best. Today, written instruments are largely driven by electronic means as well as print copy. And, as green initiatives begin to hold more and more weight throughout the world - electronic devices are increasingly the modus operandi for information shares.

How are your documents shoring up?

In order to ensure quality presentations - businesses need to check written products on a host of devices where works are shared digitally (electronically). For instance, a minor example, may be individually driven such as "the resume." There are powerful templates for resumes, but the truth is - even in PDF format - these documents skew on digital devices such as: Androids, Blackberries, Cell Phones, iPads, and etc.

Where are written instruments viewed today?

As a mobile society and region, Washingtonians largely view information while carpooling, on the metro, on the train, at barbershops or salons, when waiting in office lobbies and how are these views taking place? On mobile devices. The era of carrying our laptop from place-to-place is somewhat outdated, we carry our laptop for remote tele-officing; however, we review, view and comment on most information via devices.

How mobile are your documents?

An easy way to learn how mobility affects the instruments or documentation you convey  is to review the works on multiple devices. And, while templating and artistic renderings are wonderful, each requires multi-source files to transport with adequate presentation on the receiver's end and after-all the reader is our audience - not the team - not the association - not our presentation fans. Our responsibility is to present a quality read on the receiver's devices.
