For many of us in Calgary, braving the cold, winter weather means bundling up the kids and ensuring we have all the items we need from the grocery store before we head home in our warm vehicles so we don't have to make unnecessary trips in the blustery storms. For many others, braving the cold Calgary weather means a much more harsher reality.
The Mustard Seed Calgary provides essentials of life for those who are homeless or less fortunate. Between shelter spaces, nutritious meals, clothing as well as health and wellness services, there are many needs that can be meet from their many services.
If you are looking for a way for your family to help those less fortunate, The Mustard Seed website has many different opportunities for you to give back to your community. Through volunteering short-term, long-term, donating items or even be a Prayer Partner, many individuals young and old can help those who are familiar with the Mustard Seed services.
