DTLA hotspot, The Must, is known for its extensive wine list and elevated bar food that combines comfort with California cuisine. This summer, Executive Chef Drew Coleman is adding vibrant new items to the menu, several of which cut down on the calories while keeping your taste buds satisfied. Two of the new beautiful salad choices can be found below, and best part is that they’re both vegetarian and gluten-free as well!

Avocado Salad

fennel, radish, fried capers, upland cress

Heirloom Tomato & Watermelon Salad

ricotta salata, mache, red wine vinaigrette

Some other standout additions to the menu are never-before-seen dishes, like the Lamb Marbles and Chocolate Bar, which are both gluten-free, while the other two items, the Trout Toast and Yo’ Mama’s Chicken (also gluten-free!) are such classics at The Must that Chef Drew altered them to utilize the freshest of ingredients and have a summer feel.
