And I am not talking about a job that pays a great salary. The salary and benefits are priceless for this timeless position in life. I am talking about the women who have been, currently are and will be Moms. I want to celebrate those Moms who have also had children, and through circumstances beyond their control had to surrender the greatest gift in the world, their very own child.
The influence Moms have in our lives can be good, bad or indifferent. Moms are our first teachers. They are our first coaches. Moms are there to help you learn how to tie your shoes. Moms teach you how to read. Moms teach you about manners and what it means to be polite.
Moms have the same instinct as Santa - they know if you've been naughty or nice. They know when you've been sleeping or sneeking out of the house. Mom is your first cheerleader...she will encourage you when you do great things and lift you up when life has let you down.
Celebrate your Mom. You only have one in your lifetime.
