The Montclair School of Real Estate Exceeds Expectations

As the economy gradually continues to show signs of recovery, the real estate market is bouncing back and reaching new heights.

The Montclair School of Real Estate opened in the Summer of 2013. If you are currently in career transition, you may be interested in preparing for a new career in real estate.This may be the perfect time to train and prepare to attain a real estate license. A background in sales and marketing is a plus, but not required.

The small setting allows the student to receive hands on instruction and personal guidance. The course consists of 75 hours and offers a broker’s course of 150 hours. After completion, the student will have one year to pass the state board exam to obtain their license.

The accelerated course provides the basics of the overall real estate industry. Some of the courses include: How to list a house, best practices of marketing and selling, administering home inspections, appropriately handling contracts, enforcing fair housing laws and real estate ethics including a host of additional guidelines and requirements.

The Montclair School of Real Estate offers day, evening and weekend classes and accepts applications during the summer and fall semester.

The school is easily accessible to the train station and is in a prime location; just 20 minutes away from downtown Manhattan.
