It is time for another address from the Capital of Panem. In a interesting viral campaign for the next film in the Hunger Games franchise, Mockingjay Part 1, the studio behind the series are releasing messages from the Capital. Last time, President Snow (Donald Sutherland) addressed the citizens of Panem that only through the capital can they be safe. In this new video, the President returns and now has both Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) and Johanna (Jena Malone) standing besidehum. The video starts off like the previous one, however as it rolls on, you find out that this viral campaign has another message to deliver.

While President Snow is addressing Panem on unity, his statement is gets slowly interrupted. It first starts off with an usual sound, which is quickly followed by the whole video shorting out. Through the static, we soon see the face of Beetee Latier (Jeffery Wright). As soon as we get a clearer visual on Beetee, he states that this message is from District 13 and that "The Mockingjay Lives", which is obviously referring to Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence). More to the point, this latest video brings something new to an already compelling viral campaign. Moviegoers have seen one side of Panem in the first video. Now viewers get to see the other side of things by featuring District 13's message.

While this and the previous video are for a viral campaign, Lionsgate is also using these as official teaser for the upcoming film. It leads this examiner to believe that these videos are not just for advertising for the Capital. Perhaps this viral campaign is leading to the official release of Mockingjay Part 1's first trailer. If this is true, it would make for a unique way to hype a trailer. Then again this is simply speculation. Still, using these viral videos to build up the trailer could prove to be beneficial for the film's direction and Lionsgate.

After the events of Catching Fire, Katniss Everdeen now leads the 12 Districts into a revolution to thwart the tyrannical Capital. The film stars Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Woody Harrelson, Elizabeth Banks, Phillip Seymour Hoffman, Jeffery Wright, Stanley Tucci, Donald Sutherland, Julianne Moore, Michelle Forbes, Natalie Dormer, Stef Dawson, Evan Ross, Gwendoline Christie, Patina Miller, Wes Chatham, Elden Henson and Robert Kneeper.

What do you think of the new video? Do you think this campaign is leading the movie's first trailer? Express your opinion in the comments below. The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 hits theaters on November 21st.
