First, be prepared to see a new side of Casey (Anders Holm). Mindy’s (Mindy Kaling) fiancé has returned from Haiti and he wants to share his happiness with his congregation. Mindy’s onboard for that (and with an adorable new hairstyle), but Casey has an even bigger surprise.
He’s decided that he doesn’t want to be a pastor anymore. Instead, he wants to pursue his dream of being a DJ. Mindy is thrown, but she’s the supportive type; perhaps more supportive than she wants to be as the episode progresses. But is that the only change Casey plans on making?
Meanwhile, the office is looking for a new doctor and Peter (“Happy Endings” Adam Pally) wants to fill the position, but his first impression leaves a lot to be desired as far as the other doctors are concerned, especially Mindy. However, Jeremy (Ed Weeks) later finds himself in a jam and Peter might be the only person who can help.
Danny (Chris Messina) and Mindy fans might not see their favorites sharing a lot of screen time in this particular episode, but that doesn’t mean we won’t see an entirely different side of Dr. Castellano when he answers an unexpected question.
