Chili lovers, rejoice! The Middlefield Market in Middlefield, Ohio is hosting their annual chili cook-off on Saturday, February 23 from 11 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and giving visitors a chance to sample a wide variety of different chilis in a competition between individuals and businesses.
Middlefield Market Chili Cook-Off Located 500 feet east of the Middlefield Cheese Factory and Settlers Village, this Middlefield family-friendly indoor event will include many giveaways and freebies for guests and musical entertainment in addition to the chance to taste various types of chili.
Admission to the chili cook-off is free but there is a small fee ($3) to purchase a Chili Tasting Kit which includes tasting cups, spoon, napkins and a voting ballot so you can vote for your favorite chili. Prizes will be awarded.

When you have had your fill of chili, be sure to check out the Middlefield Cheese Factory which produces 5 varieties of Swiss cheese on site.
