"The Michael Jackson Channel" launched on Monday, May 12th at 5:00 p.m. EST. This channel will run through Monday May 26th via satellite on XM channel 50. Access can be gained by fans via using the SiriusXM Internet Radio App on smartphones and other connected devices, and from the company website. "The Michael Jackson Channel" was launched exclusively on SiriusXM Canada reports The Wall Street Journal.

The launch of "The Michael Jackson Channel" has coincided with the release of the latest Michael Jackson album, "XSCAPE". The exciting new, limited-run channel celebrates Jackson's legendary solo music career and features music and insights from producers on the new album. SiriusXM Canada, which has launched the limited-run channel which is dedicated to the King of Pop's phenomenal musical career, is the leading audio entertainment firm in Canada.

"The Michael Jackson Channel" is featuring Jackson's music beginning with the huge success of his 1979 "Off the Wall" album through to the present. There will also be eight new recordings featured from the new Jackson album "XSCAPE". "XSCAPE" was first released on May 13. This is really very exciting for Jackson fans who can now feel the energy of his unbelievable musical talent living on with us.
