"I try to eat well," Ray, 42, said to Good Housekeeping magazine. "I grew up with a Mediterranean diet, so I don't eat a lot of butter and fat. I eat a lot of vegetables and good fresh-looking food."

She adds, "I don't want to be a size zero that badly. I got the fat pants, the skinny jeans," she says, noting she "hasn't stepped on a scale in years" and appreciates a diet that coincides with her mantra: "All good things must give."
