The Magic Bus rides again!

See also

Last summer, Antenna Theater began using a brightly painted bus as a time machine that conducts tourists and natives alike through San Francisco’s hippie era. Their 90-minute Magic Bus tour is half a clever film experience and half a historical tour of the city.

Costumed figures enhance your experience, as flower children pass out daisies as you board the bus. Antenna recognizes that this experience transcends the theater experiences that it has presented before.

The Magic Bus is a turbo-charged multi-media experience that you won’t forget. I didn’t, and I took the tour a whole year ago.

So run, do not walk, to commemorate the Magic Bus’ psychedelic anniversary! Book your tour now. The Magic Bus operates:

Monday and Friday: 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm

Saturday and Sunday: 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm

A ticket to ride will cost you $40, or $35 if you’re a student or you actually lived through the hippie era. Buy from Brown Paper Tickets, or call (800) 838-3006. Learn more at http://www.magicbussf.com.
