The Lost Trailers kick off this week's action at Atlanta country bars

The Lost Trailers perform Thursday noon at Swallow

The Lost Trailers kick off this week’s entertainment at metro Atlanta country bars, clubs and honky tonks.

Atlanta’s favorite homegrown honky-tonkers will present a special noontime concert at The Swallow in the Hollow on Thursday (9/24). The Lost Trailers gained long-overdue national attention with their breakout hit last year, “Holler Back,” following that success with the recent “How ‘Bout You Don’t?”

The Swallow at the Hollow will also present its normal Nashville singer/songwriter series on Friday and Saturday nights (9/25 and 9/26). John Ford Coley {yes, the other half of the pop group “England Dan and…”}, Byron Hill and Roxey Dean will be on hand for the 10 p.m. performances. Tickets are $15 for each show.

Also this weekend you’ll find:
• The Deep Country Jam Friday at Wild Bill’s in Duluth, featuring Deep Step and the Flat River Band. Tickets are $10 for the show.
• A weekend lineup of local bands and special promotions at Cowboys in Kennesaw, Wild West Bar and Grill in Holly Springs, and Ozone Bar & Grill in Covington.
