With 35 two- and three-bedroom luxury oceanfront suites, all open to private balconies so as to fully enjoy the tropical landscape and stunning views of the Caribbean. The décor is “Caribbean chic” – promoting a casual and relaxing environment in which to kick-back and enjoy island time while savoring the prevailing sea breezes. All units have air-conditioning, kitchens with microwaves, refrigerators, dishwashers, granite counter tops, and cookware/dishes/utensils. Other amenities include televisions with satellite channels, DVD players, phones, coffee-makers, hair dryers, and irons/ironing boards. Note that guests are responsible for a metered utility charge at checkout time.

Exceptional dining choices abound at Morritt’s including Mimi’s Dockside Bar & Grill, the only bar deck in the island, and David’s Deep Blue Restaurant – where modern cuisine and island-style cooking are offered in a gorgeous island-setting. Don’t miss the “All You Can Eat Lobster Night” dinner at David’s Deep Blue Restaurant on Saturday nights on the patio deck. But be sure to save room for the luscious Sticky Toffee Pudding. Reservations are required. Other themed nights at David’s include Italian Night on Tuesdays and Cuba Night on Thursdays. For pampering, book time for a massage or facial at La Mere Spa, a full-service boutique spa offering aromatherapy, phytotherapy, fruitherapy, and marine therapy.

Grand Cayman also offers some of the best scuba diving in the Caribbean. For non-divers, there is snorkeling and wind surfing. Be sure to book an excursion to Stingray City, where you can wade in the shallow waters amongst a bevy of these sea creatures. Next, check out the Cayman Turtle Farm where you can learn all about sea turtles, and even have the chance to hold one. Then it’s off to Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park where you can spot the world’s scarcest iguana – the endangered blue iguana.

The Londoner is now available to Morritt’s timeshare owners, by exchange (for Interval International members only), and to consumers who book their vacations online or through their travel agent.

TIP: Rent a car since The Londoner is at least 40 minutes from the airport and the resort’s quiet and remote location means you will need wheels for most activities outside Morritt’s Resort.
