The Loberace of Las Vegas is Cee Lo Green

At one point in time, Las Vegas was known nationwide for its famous saying “What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.” Needless to say, whoever came out with such a motto had to have gotten away with whatever he or she did-with-the person or people they did it with. Don’t believe the hype because countless party people journey from across the globe to turn it UP in Vegas’ hot spots to witness the city's famous concerts, tours and shows.

For that reason, Cee Lo Green, a living legend from the‘90s hip-hop group Goodie Mob (Definition-Good Die Mostly over Bull--) found a place of his own-calling the famous Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas his home. Cee Lo Green's new, as well as extraordinary show is entitled "LOBERACE." Now that's BIG! Any A-List star craves to land a stable gig on the strip, in a major Casino/Resort in Las Vegas.

The Las Vegas Sun actually caught up with the new Loberace of Vegas and found out what Green had to say, "”I’m really happy with the show.” It all comes together. I love it, and I just want Las Vegas to love it as much as I do. It’s got everything in it that I’d hoped would happen.”

In fact, according to the Las Vegas Sun, “The Las Vegas Strip was on fire Tuesday night -- literally! Superstar Cee-Lo Green stopped traffic while playing his hits on a flaming piano moving along on a flatbed truck surrounded by dancing showgirls and tuxedoed show boys”.

Green’s noticeable singing vocals exploded back in those days during a period when Atlanta’s hip-hop culture erupted into the mind frame of ATL's hip-hop enthusiast. Simply put, Goodie Mob outwardly filled the void and quickly evolved into its own Dirty South rendition of a southern NWA.

Goodie Mob members consist of Cee Lo Green, Khujo, T-Mo and Big Gipp. During that period, Goodie Mob all became a part of the Dungeon Family. The Dungeon Family landed another Atlanta based hip-hop sensation lead by Andre' 3000 and Big Boi, formally known as OutKast. (FYI, Big Boi will be performing at the Bellagio at The Bank, March 1st)

Green, and the whole Dungeon Family understood completely the issues at hand of their own neighborhoods. Saying that, the Atlanta takeover was in full effect- hot as fire and spearheaded by the Dungeon Family, which openly expressed musically and unknowingly as a no-nonsense hip-hop evolution that emerged throughout the country.

By the way, the group Goodie Mob never stops. For more information, just click on the link below to read a little bit about these hip-hop icons performance on the hit show "The Voice."

The Voice is an upscale talent show that's airs on NBC's network and Green is one of the judges. Cee Lo Green also competes with other celebrities in the music industry to choose the best singer/entertainer/performer to be on his team- with hopes that his discovered talent goes on to becomes a star. ( Green has taken a leave of absence from The Voice)

Once again, Cee Lo Green flipped his script in Vegas. Green’s life has always been about his music and seems to be always challenging his own creativity. Not only does Green dibble with diverse genres of music, but his persona allow Green to create exquisite costumes, along with strutting with confidence his own individuality towards his untouchable fashion.

Green's lifestyle is so transparent; for that reason, he's either loved or misunderstood. Either way, Cee Lo Green is doing his own thing- his way!
