The Little Couple” family is looking very adorable. The latest look from the parents has everyone hoping the family’s life returns to normal. Dr. Jen Arnold has been blessed with a new child and then cursed with cancer. Now that the cancer is in remission, and “The Little Couple” is looking to move forward with their show that premieres on March 4. According ET on Monday, Jen Arnold was able to return to work after the cancer has gone into remission. Monday was Dr. Arnold's first day back at work and it appears she missed her babies.

Sharing a moment with the family, the two kids, Zoey and William are strapped into a stroller and looking ready to go. With Zoey adapting to family life quite well, it seems like the kids have settled down and everyone is ready to move forward a family unit.

“The Little Couple” spoilers offer a look at the struggle the family has faced. Viewers who don’t want to know what transpires during an emotional season on TLC network should turn away now. The one-hour premiere goes with the couple to India as Jen and Bill meet their newly adopted daughter, Zoey. William, who is now three, is with the family and is happy about new addition to the family. The trip is interrupted when Jen falls ill and returns to Texas. The reality star battles the cancer while taking on the responsibility of a new family.

Jen and Bill don’t take no for an answer this season on “The Little Couple.” They celebrate the children, life and Jen’s strength to beat cancer.

“The Little Couple” premieres on March 4. Watch TLC for the hour special to kick off the season.
