Boulder, CO - The Boulder International Film Festival will kick off the festivities with an Opening Night Red Carpet Gala on February 11, 2010 at the Boulder Theater.  This black-tie optional event features a pre-release screening of The Lightkeepers, followed by a live Q&A session with Blythe Danner, writer and director Daniel Adams, and producer Straw Weisman.  Included in the Gala is live music by Lannie Garrett and her Errand Boys of Rhythm, Songs from the Movies, and delicious appetizers prepared by Savory Cuisines.

Tickets for the Opening Night Red Carpet Gala are on sale now for $45 per person (21+ only) and can be purchased HERE.

The Lightkeepers was the closing night film for the recent Palm Springs International Film Festival where it has received fantastic reviews.  Jack Lyons, a cinema critic and reviewer for PalmSpringsGuides.com says of Tom's performance, "Not to be outdone by the established stars, young Mamie Gummer and British newcomer Tom Wisdom hold their own when it comes to young love beginning to blossom."   The film also had a 2-week "sneak peek" run at the Cape Cinema in Dennis, MA where it became the theater's highest grossing film of 2009.

**Tom Wisdom is currently not scheduled to attend, but if that changes you will be informed**
