Video game publisher XSEED Games today announced that the RPG, “The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky” would be getting a PC release next week, to get gamers ready for the release of its sequel, coming this winter.
Developed by the legendary game studio, Nihon Falcom, “The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky” is the first entry, out of three, in the “Trails in the Sky” series and follows the journey of Estelle and Joshua, two young adventurers looking to become members of the Bracer Guild, a peacekeeping organization not tied to any specific government, of which Estelle’s father is well-known and respected. While Estelle and Joshua work to join the guild, they embark on a mission that will take them across the country, as they attempt to thwart a government conspiracy that could lead to an all out war.
The game was originally released on the Sony PSP by XSEED Games in North America in March of 2011. This re-release for the PC features HD resolution, faster load times and customizable controls. Gamers can also look forward to New Game+, English battle voices, and selectable difficulty levels after the first playthrough.
