John Galliano, who was “fired” from the House of Dior in July 2011 after making anti-Semitic remarks while being drunk ,is making a big come-back. An American designer Oscar de la Renta has confirmed the rumors saying that him together with John Galliano are working on the 2013-2014 A/W collection.
“I am grateful to Oscar for having believed in me, and for giving me this opportunity “, Galliano said.
Undoubtedly Fall 2013 Oscar de la Renta RTW will be the most anticipated show of the season.
Nina Garcia, a Project Runway judge and a fashion director of Marie Claire is hosting a new ten-episode makeover series “Decoding Style” available on AOL On Network’s Style channel. Garcia told the Cut:”With the second screen becoming such an important part of our viewing and entertainment I thought it was the right time to create a digital series. This project in particular allowed me to use personal and professional background in editorial to help others transform their look and feel great”.
