Newegg launched a series of offers Tuesday, April 9 that game deal hunters should take note of. The highly anticipated Playstation 3 exclusive The Last of Us had its pre-order price slashed $10 along with Splinter Cell: Blacklist for the Xbox 360. Meanwhile, both console versions of BioShock Infinite received a gift card.

The Last of Us for the PS3 can be pre-ordered for $49.99 from Newegg by using the promo code "EMCXSXL248" during checkout. The game is currently set to be released on June 14. The retailer does offer free shipping but you should expect to receive the game a couple of days after release.

Splinter Cell: Blacklist for the Xbox 360 can also be pre-ordered from Newegg by using the promo code "EMCXSXL249" during checkout. This next Sam Fisher adventure currently has an August 20 release. Unfortunately, this is the only version of the game that Newegg has available for pre-order.

Finally, BioShock Infinite for both the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 comes with a gift card when ordering the critically acclaimed game from Newegg. No promo code is needed and free shipping is available.

These deals will expire on Monday, April 15.

Some of the other game deals available at Newegg include the following.
