‘The Last of Us’ Left Behind DLC release date and bonuses revealed

The Left Behind DLC for “The Last of Us” has an official release date. According to a report from Gear Nuke on Jan. 15, the Playstation Store have revealed when the expansion pack will be coming out for the award-winning Playstation 3 exclusive video game.

An advertisement from the digital storefront listed that the Left Behind DLC will be made available on Feb. 14, 2014. Along with the expansion to the single-player campaign, the purchase also includes several bonuses with one being a digital comic and the other being a dynamic theme.

Naughty Dog previously announced that the new DLC will precede the main storyline of “The Last of Us.” Players will be following Ellie and Riley as they struggled through the post-apocalyptic world.

The Left Behind DLC has an official price tag od $14.99 on the Playstation Store. It is also a part of the season pass, which also comes with several DLC packs for the multiplayer mode, for $19.99.

Sony Computer Entertainment first launched “The Last of Us” on June 14th of 2013 in the North American region. The video game went on to sell million of copies while winning many awards in the process. You can find a few screens of the software product with the slideshow to the left of this article.

Along with the DLC expansions for the survival-horror action-adventure title, Naughty Dog also has a separate development team currently working on the next “Uncharted” installment for the PS4.
