Eric Monacelli has teased several announcements for two upcoming projects from Naughty Dog. In a post from the Official U.S. Playstation Blog on Dec. 26, the community strategist took a brief look back at the past year.
Naughty Dog made the multiplayer mode of “Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception” free-to-play in addition to releasing “The Last of Us” in 2013. The latter managed to achieve critical acclaim by winning a lot of the Game of the Year awards in the past year.
The studio won’t be finished with “The Last of Us.” Eric Monacelli teased that “ton of news” should be coming out next month in regards to the “Left Behind” single-player DLC. If you haven’t heard yet our first ever single player DLC, The Last of Us: Left Behind, will be available to download in early 2014. The teaser trailer is out and we’ll have ton of news hitting in early January about it so keep your PS3 humming.
During the launch of the PS4 last month, Naughty Dog also announced that the studio is currently working on the next “Uncharted” video game for the new console. Although Eric Monacelli did not confirm a release date, he did say that the new title should be getting a “full reveal” in 2014. You can take a look at his statement below:

“The Last of Us,” which came out on June 14 earlier this year, was developed by one of two teams from Naughty Dog. The other is most likely working on the aforementioned “Uncharted” for PS4.
